Offer Page Rescue

The page that is supposed to sell, diagnosed in 24 hours.

Most offer pages hide the offer, bury the price, and ask for a click before they have earned it. Offer Page Rescue is a teardown of that page, and a replacement if you want one live. You work with Shawn Hall.

Prices are one-time. No retainer on this page.

The two things I sell

A brief, or a live page.

Same subject either way: the one URL that has to convert (or a written offer if you do not have a page yet). Not a marketing site. Not a brand refresh.

What the $147 diagnosis actually is

Eight sections. Not a vibe check.

Each diagnosis is a brief, not a slide deck. I quote the headline you are running today, say what it is doing, and write the replacement. The eight sections:

  1. Hero What the page says in the first screen versus what it should say. Rewritten headline, subhead, and primary CTA sit at the top of the brief.
  2. Offer Whether the promise is specific and priced, or still a category description wearing a buy button.
  3. Proof What is missing: names, numbers, artifacts, constraints. Vague testimonials do not count.
  4. CTA What happens after the click, and the friction that is stopping the click. The next step named in plain language.
  5. Intent match Who the page is actually talking to, versus who you said it was for. Mismatch is the usual leak.
  6. Information order What the visitor has to learn too late — price, who it is for, what they get, what happens next.
  7. Mobile The first screen on a phone, tap targets, and anything that only works if you already know the offer.
  8. Ranked 5 fixes Five changes, ordered by impact versus effort. Do these, in this order. Not a backlog of twenty.

Scope

In, and not in.

In

  • One URL, or a written offer if you have no page
  • One round of questions (the intake)
  • The deliverable: brief, or live page
  • One revision on Ship the page, inside 7 days

Not in

  • Full brand identity
  • Custom illustration
  • Copy for a 12-page marketing site
  • Ads, SEO retainers, or “unlimited revisions”

How it works

Three steps. No kickoff theater.

  1. 01

Send the URL. Answer the intake.

One page, or a written offer if there is no page yet. A short form: who it is for, the price, three proof points, where checkout or the waitlist should go. Incomplete intake does not start the clock.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis in 24 hours.

The 8-section brief lands: annotated teardown, rewritten hero / subhead / CTA, ranked five fixes. You keep the file. That is the $147 job, done.

  3. 03

If you bought Ship the page: live in 48 hours.

A one-pager goes up — static HTML you can host, or a Carrd/Framer-ready build — with full copy, mobile, and the waitlist or checkout link wired. One revision in the following 7 days.

Fit

Who this is for. Who it is not.

For

  • You have a real offer and a price, not a “coming soon” and a waitlist you are hiding behind
  • There is a page (or a written offer) that is supposed to convert and is not
  • You can answer who it is for, what they get, and what happens after they pay
  • You want a diagnosis or a one-pager, not a six-week website project

Not for

  • The offer is still being invented
  • You need a brand system, a 12-page marketing site, or ads
  • You want someone to “take a look” with no URL and no sentence of offer
  • You need a committee of stakeholders to approve every line

Samples

Three independent samples.

Unsolicited analyses of live public pages. Not paid work. The brief you buy matches this format.

FAQ

The practical questions.

How fast is 24 hours / 48 hours, actually?

Diagnosis ships within 24 hours of a complete intake, not of payment alone. Ship the page ships within 48 hours of the same — intake filled, URL or written offer in, waitlist/checkout destination named. Weekends count. If I am going to miss the window I tell you before it closes, and I do not start jobs I cannot finish on the clock.

What does “one revision” mean on Ship the page?

One round, inside 7 days of delivery. You mark up the staging page: copy, order, the CTA, the link. I do not reopen scope (new sections, a second page, a brand system). Diagnosis has no revision round; the brief is the deliverable. If a line in it is wrong as a matter of fact, I correct the fact.

What is the refund policy?

Diagnosis: if the brief is not useful, say so within 7 days and I refund it. Ship the page: refund only if you reject the staging page after the one revision, and before any domain cutover. Once the page is on your domain, the job is accepted.

Who is this for?

People with something to sell and a page (or a written offer) that is supposed to do the selling. Consultants, course operators, small software, independent practices. Not a fit if you need brand identity, a multi-page marketing site, ads, or SEO on retainer — those are different jobs, and I do not sell them here.

Do I have to buy both?

No. Diagnosis is a finished job. Ship the page is a separate job. You can buy the page without the diagnosis, or the diagnosis without the page. If you buy both, the diagnosis still comes first; the 48-hour clock for the page starts when intake is complete.

Who am I dealing with?

Shawn Hall. Offer Desk is a small studio. There is not a project manager in the middle, and there is not a team to introduce you to.

Start

Pay, then send the URL.

After payment I send the intake. The clock starts when that form is complete. If you only have a written offer and no page, that is enough for the diagnosis.

Refund, in one line. Diagnosis: not useful, refund in 7 days. Ship the page: refund only if you reject the staging page after one revision, before any domain cutover.
